Irish Oatmeal

Just sharing a simple recipe with you. Away from the Froot Loops and Cheerios. A warm breakfast for those soon to be chilly mornings.

Prepare a pot of Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal. Once finished cooking {about a half an hour later} spoon servings into individual bowls. Add dried fruit {we used craisins}, walnut pieces and honey. Add a splash of milk.

We also prepared this for picky eaters using just oatmeal, peanut butter and raisins. Or cinnamon and sugar and raisins.

Enjoy time with your family around the breakfast table sharing His word with each other.
